Please note that the above prices are approximate and the final price depends on the extent of the procedure. If a cancellation is received in more than 10 working days before the date of surgery, 50% of the booking fee (usually 3000 CZK) is charged, if later the full booking fee will be charged. Rescheduling the surgery is free of charge.
